XPAC - Painting

Our paintline's can apply prime coat, top coat, or both coatings simultaneously with our wet-on-wet process. Parts can be warehoused, cleaned, phosphatized, painted, oven-baked, and returned to the customer for further processing or packaged and shipped to an end user.

XPAC uses only EPA-compliant coatings and has programs in place to reduce or eliminate the use of extraneous hazardous solvents. The paint line operates under applicable rules and permits issued by federal, state, and local EPA authority.

The entire paint operation is maintained by SPC (statistical process control) whereby water temperature, cleaner/phosphatizer concentration, coating thickness and hardness, and bake temperature are constantly measured for quality assurance and correction.
