We offer various types of poly bagging, shrink wrapping, automated counting, filling and sealing, cold sealing, foam-in-place, blister packs, labeling, bar-coding, and crating.

The Service Parts Packaging operations receive, pack, and ship complete truckloads of service parts and kits to the customers' domestic and international distribution warehouses, or ship individual items directly to the dealer or consumer.

In addition to manual packaging operations, we offer:

  • Shrink wrapping
  • Various types of poly bagging
  • Automated counting, filling, and sealing
  • Cold sealing
  • Foam-in-place
  • Blister packs, labeling, bar-coding, and crating

Parts which require a liquid preservative can be coated on an automated dip line, by manual spray application, or by oiling and bagging at the time of packaging.

Packaging methods and the materials are used to meet our customers' quality specifications. In addition, XPAC can create and engineer new cost-efficient packaging, designed with the correct level of protection the product requires, yet still provide a total savings for the customer.

Every company, large or small, receives the same attention to detail for their project. Each package is processed with the same quality control and assurance, as if that function were performed in the customers' own facility.

XPAC's Service Parts Packaging operations offer quality and accuracy with a competitive cost-effective pricing plan.
