Component parts can be incorporated into assemblies or multi-part kits -- and packaged for the customer's sales outlets or accumulated in sequence for just-in-time delivery to the customer's assembly floor.

Our Kit Assembly and Packaging operations perform labor-intensive light assembly and multi-part packaging for such items as product improvement, safety recall, dealer/customer installed optional equipment, and service kits.

Component parts, either supplied by the customer or purchased by us from the customer's vendors, can be incorporated into assemblies or kits and are packaged for customer sales outlets and/or consumer usage.

XPAC has designed computer systems which:

  • Maintain inventory
  • Track parts through acquisition, assembly, build, pack, and ship processes
  • Record parts consumption

Should required components not be available in time for processing, XPAC will expedite those items to ensure on-time delivery.

The Kit Assembly and Packaging operation provides savings by reducing the customer's purchasing, expediting, inventory, labor, and floor space costs.
